I’ve spent over 20 years creating nutrition-led menus across the UK and internationally, at board and executive level, working closely with beautiful ingredients, seasonality, and passionate suppliers.
This experience, together with my training in nutrition and women’s wellbeing, has shaped my understanding of the impact of food and lifestyle on the body — and how the right combinations can deeply support women’s energy, digestion, and recovery, while still tasting amazing.
Like many of us, I spent years juggling life, deadlines, and expectations, often putting my own health last. After a major health scare during the pandemic and moving into menopause, I felt pressure to bounce back and return to “normal.” When that didn’t happen, I realised that true healing begins when you stop pushing and start working with your body.
That turning point inspired me to deepen my training in women’s health and lifestyle medicine, and to rethink what wellbeing truly means. That’s the space I hold now at Wild Hælan: supporting women to rebuild, reconnect, and feel at home in their bodies through gentle, nourishing practices and self-compassion.
