Tailored support following illness, treatment or ongoing health challenges. Recovery can sometimes leave you feeling stuck in fatigue, fear or uncertainty after being unwell. We work slowly and steadily to rebuild strength, confidence and resilience through nourishment, nervous system support and emotional healing.

For more than 20 years, I've worked with food — creating nutrition-led menus across the UK and internationally, and collaborating with passionate producers, seasonal ingredients and the people who grow and source them.
That experience gave me a deep appreciation for nourishment, not simply as nutrients on a plate, but as something that shapes energy, resilience, recovery and wellbeing.
Alongside my training in nutrition, naturopathic principles and women's wellbeing, and ongoing studies in clinical herbal medicine, it has shaped the way I work today: looking beyond individual symptoms to understand the wider influences affecting health and supporting women in ways that feel realistic, sustainable and deeply nourishing.
Like many women, I spent years balancing work, responsibility and expectations, often placing my own health at the bottom of the list.
A significant health scare during the pandemic, followed by the transition into menopause, challenged the idea that wellbeing is something we can simply push our way back towards. When recovery didn't happen as quickly as I expected, I began to understand the importance of working with my body rather than against it.
That experience led me to deepen my training and rethink what health and healing truly mean. Wild Hælan grew from that understanding.
Today, I support women to reconnect with their health, rebuild confidence and find a gentler path forward — through nourishment, nature, evidence-informed practice and a whole-body approach to wellbeing.
