I support women to rebuild their health and wellbeing through thoughtful, evidence-informed care that works with the body’s natural ability to restore
balance, recognising that every woman's health, biology and needs are unique.
Many of the women I work with are navigating changes in their health, energy, hormones or wellbeing. They've often tried to make positive changes, improve their diet, take supplements, get more sleep or simply keep going despite how they feel — but still aren't seeing the improvements they're hoping for.
If you've been coping quietly, feeling tired, overwhelmed, or not quite yourself and something feels ready to change, this is a space to breathe, look at the whole picture, and work out what feels right for you.
Together, we build insight and clarity around the factors influencing your health, creating a tailored plan that feels realistic, supportive and sustainable.
I am registered with recognised UK health coaching bodies, including ANP and UKIHCA.

I work carefully with complexity, paying attention to capacity, recovery and response during periods of change and transition. I support with;
HORMONAL HEALTH & MIDLIFE WELLBEING
Whether you're using HRT or exploring natural approaches, we focus on sleep, energy, weight shifts, brain fog and emotional balance, helping you navigate this transition with greater confidence.
METABOLIC HEALTH & WEIGHT BALANCE
Guidance for blood sugar regulation, weight changes and energy dips, including those using GLP-1 medications or managing prediabetes. It's about nourishment, not restriction, and creating realistic change.
NERVOUS SYSTEM & EMOTIONAL WELLBEING
Practical strategies for stress, anxiety and burnout, helping to calm hypervigilance, reduce fear and anxiety, and gradually restore a greater sense of safety, confidence and capacity.
DIGESTIVE, GUT & SKIN HEALTH
Support for IBS, bloating, food sensitivities, hormonal acne and inflammatory skin conditions, including rosacea, eczema and psoriasis. We focus on practical ways to support digestive comfort and skin health.
RECOVERY & REBUILDING AFTER ILLNESS
Following illness, treatment or ongoing health challenges, recovery can sometimes leave you feeling stuck in fatigue, fear or uncertainty. We work slowly and steadily to rebuild strength, confidence and resilience through nourishment, nervous system support and emotional healing.
This work is calm, thoughtful and supportive — giving you space to understand what’s been happening in your health, without pressure to fix everything at once.

Every one-to-one online session begins with an in-depth review of your health history, stress load, hormonal stage, metabolic patterns and daily routines — so we can identify what is driving your symptoms rather than simply managing them.
From there, you’ll receive:
Where appropriate, I work alongside your GP and wider healthcare team to support your health and wellbeing

Women I support frequently arrive feeling worn down by the pressure to "fix" themselves.
This isn't a failure of willpower. Often it's because symptoms rarely exist in isolation.
Energy, hormones, digestion, sleep, stress and metabolic health are all connected. When one area is under strain, it can influence the others in ways that aren't always obvious. Three principles underpin this approach:
NOURISHMENT
Food is more than fuel. It should nourish, restore and provide the foundations for energy, recovery and long-term health.
NATURE
Time in nature, seasonal rhythms and traditional wisdom encourage balance, perspective and connection.
SCIENCE
Recommendations are evidence-informed, practical and tailored to your individual needs and circumstances.
Rather than focusing on individual symptoms, we look at the wider picture, supporting the body as an interconnected system and creating the conditions for lasting health and resilience.
If you feel ready to explore what would best support your health, a short connection call can be a helpful place to begin.
There’s space to talk through what’s been happening in your health, energy and daily life — without judgement or pressure to “fix” everything at once.
This work isn’t about perfection or rigid wellness routines. Instead, we focus on realistic changes that work with your body and fit your life.
One of the most valuable parts of this work is finally making sense of what's been happening — understanding the bigger picture and knowing where to begin.

Many women start with one consultation and continue later if and when it feels right for them.

For more than 20 years, I've worked with food — creating nutrition-led menus across the UK and internationally, and collaborating with passionate producers, seasonal ingredients and the people who grow and source them.
That experience taught me that food is about far more than a delicious plate of food. It shapes how we feel, recover and respond to the demands of everyday life.
Alongside my professional retraining in nutrition, naturopathic principles and women's wellbeing, and my ongoing studies in clinical herbal medicine, it has given me a deep appreciation of how closely food, lifestyle, environment and physiology are connected.
Like many women, I spent years balancing a demanding career, responsibility and expectations, often placing my own health at the bottom of the list.
A significant health scare during the pandemic, followed by the transition into menopause, challenged many of my assumptions about health and recovery. I expected recovery to be more straightforward, but for me it became a gradual rebuild, with setbacks, lots of uncertainty and a different way of caring for my body.
Professional training and personal experience have both shaped the way I practise today.
For me, health is rarely about one symptom or one solution. It's about understanding the whole person.
